Help a family obtain a home

Third Way Network
Works with community partners to generate below market cost housing. You can help in these ways: mentor a family, be a construction worker volunteer and or volunteer as an outreach worker.

Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity
Creates affordable housing. You will find a large range of opportunities for groups or individuals to help with construction, office support, family services and event planning.

Help bring about social change

Minnesota Housing Partnership
Provides an "advocacy toolbox" with information about state and local representatives and guidelines for writing to legislators, definitions of terms It provides advocacy alerts and tools to take action on housing issues of concern.

Help homeless people

Stand Down resource fair
Volunteer at a Stand Down resource fair, where homeless veterans receive healthcare and personal hygience services, food, clothing, and housing referrals.

Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless
Provides a number of ways to raise awareness and take action as an individual, group, service provider or elected official.

Project Homeless Connect
Links homeless people in Ramsey and Hennepin Counties with services and information they need.
